AutoDemo.com website. No contract is made between us until we have
verified and accepted your advert copy. We will only have to contact you, if
we are unable to accept advert. Any photographs must be supplied in Jpeg or
Gif format. The copyright in all adverts, including text and photographs,
shall be owned by us and you hereby assign all such copyright to
AutoDemo.com. Your advert will placed on our site, after verification,
within 24hrs of being submitted for verification. However, we cannot be held
responsible for any delay in activating your advert due to technical
difficulties that are due to third parties.
YOUR ADVERT
Each advertisement must be for a maximum of one vehicle. Your advert copy
(including text and photographs) must be legal, decent, honest and truthful
and comply with the British Code of Advertising Standards Authority. We may
amend the advert to ensure compliance with such requirements. We are not
able to verify the truthfulness of any statements (including the
authenticity of photographs) made by you in your advert copy. Accordingly,
you shall be responsible for any losses, expenses or other costs incurred by
us which are caused by an untrue statement or inaccurate photograph
deliberately made or provided by you.
YOUR PERSONAL DETAILS
By placing this order, you are requesting that your advert appears on
AutoDemo.com website. This means that the advert, including your
telephone number and vehicle details can potentially be viewed by all
persons with Internet access worldwide. You consent to the publication of
your data in this way. Your name and address will not be made available via
our web site. All personal data held within your account will be secure
using 128 bit encryption.
CHANGES, CANCELATIONS
Once advert is accepted you may amend your advert at any time by calling us
with your booking reference number and surname. You have the right to cancel
the advert for any reason at any time. If we receive the cancellation
request prior to the advert appearing on AutoDemo.com website. Your
payment will be credited to your credit card. It is technically impossible
to provide a website free from interruptions and (except to the extent that
interruptions are caused by our negligence) we do not guarantee that you
advert will be provided continuously or free of faults. In addition, we will
need to carry out maintenance of the website from time to time and in doing
so we shall attempt to keep the disruption to your advert to a minimum. All
planned maintenance will be scheduled to take place between 4am and 6am each
morning. However, from time to time some emergency work maybe required and
this will take place as and when required.
OUR LIABILITY
Where we have accepted an advert but it does not appear on the website at
all you shall be entitled to a refund of the advert price unless the
omission is caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control
or because of your breach of contract. Our liability for breach of contract
or negligence shall not exceed an amount equal to the price of the advert or
series of adverts involved provided that nothing in this clause shall limit
our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or that
of our servants or agents.
ENGLISH LAW
These terms and conditions and the contract of which they form a part shall
be governed by English law.
